REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At MOS Premium, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return process:

Standard Timeline

All returns must be made within 7 to 10 working days from the date of delivery. If 7 to 10 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 10 working days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. The refund will be provided using the same payment channel using which the customer has paid. Depending on your payment method, it may take some time for your refund to be credited to your account.
Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@mospremium.com. We will let you know if the item is in stock and guide you through the exchange process.
