Payment Terms
We accept payments through various methods, including cash, bank transfer, and mobile payments. For custom orders or larger projects, we may require a deposit of up to 10% of the total cost before we begin work. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.
As per the Commerce Ministry’s guidelines, we may take a maximum of 10% in advance only if we can deliver the product within 48 hours. If we are unable to deliver within 48 hours, we will not take any advance payment.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.
Please note that the advance payment taken for orders that can be delivered within 48 hours is non-refundable. For custom orders or larger projects where a deposit has been taken, the deposit is non-refundable if the project has already begun. If the project has not yet begun, we may refund the deposit at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOS Premium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of this website.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and other materials, is owned or licensed by MOS Premium and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any of the content on this website without our prior written permission.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh.
